Looking for a specialist content marketing agency?
The long-form that outranks ads for years. Ioka writes deep-research content, case studies, newsletters and ghostwrites for founders — globally.
What we do, in one paragraph.
We handle content strategy, long-form writing, newsletters, case studies, ebooks and executive thought leadership. Human writers, domain depth, editorial standards.
The funnel, in plain words.
TOFU, MOFU, BOFU not jargon. Just where in the journey a buyer is, and what Content & Editorial does at each stage.
Where this gets executed.
Not every channel for every client. We pick based on your market, buyer and goal.
The real reasons businesses contact us about Content & Editorial.
If more than two of these feel familiar, it's probably time to talk.
- You've been publishing content for 2 years and nothing ranks.
- Your blog reads like it was written by AI (because it was).
- Your newsletter is sent inconsistently and nobody opens it.
- Your founder has a point of view but no time to publish it.
- You produce content but no one reads it beyond your own team.
- Content and SEO are owned by different people and the briefs show it.
Honest about fit.
Not everyone should buy this. Here's who it works for and when we'd tell you to spend the money differently.
Right fit when
- You have deep expertise that competitors don't.
- You're willing to say something, not just publish updates.
- Your sales cycle is long enough that content matters.
- You can wait 6 months for compounding results.
- You believe in investing in your audience, not just your pipeline.
Wrong fit when
- You expect 10K visits a month from content you publish in 30 days.
- You want AI to write everything.
- You can't make time for interviews or founder input.
- You're not willing to publish anything your competitors could disagree with.
- You need leads this quarter from content you haven't produced yet.
How we measure and scale.
The metrics we track, and what we do once we have a winner.
- Organic traffic to published content.
- Newsletter list growth + open rate + CTR.
- Named author authority (external citations, mentions).
- Qualified leads attributed to content.
- Revenue attributed to content-driven leads.
- 01Double down on content clusters driving qualified leads.
- 02Expand successful essays into series, newsletters, podcasts.
- 03Open digital PR programs around strongest content.
- 04Launch founder thought-leadership programs on LinkedIn.
How we actually run this.
The first 30 days.
Three things happen when we start: we identify the tests, gather the data, and set expectations against a realistic timeline.
- Pillar topic selection the 3–5 topics you can realistically own.
- Author voice test ghostwriting a founder piece vs their own voice.
- Format test long-form essay vs structured guide vs case study.
- Newsletter cadence weekly vs biweekly vs monthly.
- Distribution channel which platform amplifies the piece best.
- Current content inventory (CSV of posts, performance).
- Access to Google Search Console and GA4.
- Newsletter list and ESP access (Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Substack, etc.).
- Interview availability founder, SMEs, customers.
- CRM data on which content types correlate to deals.
The common mistakes.
The patterns we see repeated across underperforming programs. Fix any of these and performance usually moves immediately.
Using AI to write finished copy.
Google down-ranks it. Buyers notice. Your brand voice erodes.
Publishing without a plan to promote.
Great writing with no distribution is a journal, not a strategy.
Writing for 'everyone' and reaching no one.
Specificity wins. Niche audiences compound faster than broad ones.
Letting content and SEO work in silos.
Content without entities + schema is content that doesn't rank.
Recent Content & Editorial results.
Real numbers from real campaigns. Where a client prefers privacy, we describe them without naming them.
How pricing works.
One flat fee per quarter, agreed before we start. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend.
One flat quarterly fee
You get one price for the quarter. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Priced by scope
The fee depends on what is in scope for Content & Editorial: the work to be done, the markets covered and how much has to be built from scratch.
A quote after one call
We scope it together on a 30-minute call, then send a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.
Ad spend and other third-party costs are separate and agreed with you in advance.
Common questions.
The real questions prospects ask us before signing an engagement.
Do you use AI to write?+
For research summaries and first-draft scaffolding, yes. For published prose, no. AI content ranks poorly, degrades brand voice and is increasingly down-ranked by Google.
How many pieces per month?+
Quality over cadence. Typically 2–6 long-form pieces monthly, plus a weekly newsletter and supporting shorter content.
Can you ghostwrite for founders?+
Yes one of our most-requested services. We interview, draft, and iterate until the voice is unmistakably theirs.
How long is a 'long-form' piece?+
Usually 1,500–4,000 words, depending on topic and intent. Shorter when the question is specific. Longer when the piece is a definitive resource.
What if I don't want to be the 'author'?+
We can set up house editorial under a brand name, or named-author programs for several team members, or a mix. We'll recommend what fits your buyer.
How do you handle Arabic content?+
Native Arabic writers for both MSA and dialect. Research and editorial standards are the same across languages.
Can content really outperform ads?+
Over a 2–3 year horizon, yes. One strong pillar essay can drive more qualified leads over 24 months than most 30-day paid campaigns.
Ready to grow?
We take on a limited number of partnerships each quarter. Thirty minutes, no pitch a frank conversation about where your growth is leaking and what it would take to seal it.
