Ioka (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a growth marketing agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information about you when you visit our website or engage us for services.

- To deliver services if we enter into an engagement.

Data retention
We keep enquiry information for up to twelve months after your last contact with us. Client engagement data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and legal purposes, then securely deleted.

Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
